Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Simple Craps mobile application (the "Service") operated by Joe Martinez ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Simple Craps is for entertainment purposes only. It features simulated gambling. There is no "real money" involved. All virtual currency (Bank, Chips) used in the app has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of the simulation or the availability of the Service.
In no event shall Joe Martinez be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
