Joe Martinez operates the Simple Craps mobile application (the "Service").

• Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases. Transactions are handled securely by Google. We do not store your credit card or payment information.
• Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage data and app performance metrics to help us improve the game experience. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. Simulated Gambling

Simple Craps features simulated gambling themes. No real money or items of value can be won or lost in this game. The "Bank" and "Chips" used in the game are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Data Deletion & Privacy

Simple Craps does not use user accounts and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information on its own servers. All game progress, bankroll data, and roll statistics are stored locally on your device.

If you wish to delete your data, you can do so at any time by clearing the app's storage or cache in your device settings, or by uninstalling the application. Any pseudonymous data collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob or Firebase) is managed by those providers; you can manage your advertising preferences or reset your Advertising ID via your Android device settings.
